I travel 9-10 months total throughout the year. I have been here going on 3 weeks myself and my employees. To put it bluntly. You will not find a better staff. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable 10/10 …. but the staff…. 20/10. I had an employee break his leg. Had to fly in new ones last min. They had no issues helping me get rooms re-assigned. Anything I or my guys needed they helped with. Always with a smile, always with an answer to any question. Had to extend my stay a cpl times. No issues. I can not say enough about the staff here. In times like these it’s nice to have someone Genuinely care and try to help

Friendly staff, nice location with good proximity to a variety of places to shop and eat, overall a good place to stay. Room design is a bit strange, but you come to expect all sorts of things at hotels. Probably not my first choice of place to stay in the Tupelo area, but also definitely not the last; if the room rate is good, I'd highly recommend going here.

Positive: The service of the staff was great! everyone was friendly and very helpful. Negative: Our window had a large crack that seemed to have been repaired with silicone. the window should've been replaced, Room 304

Ted Haines

Had to be moved from one room because floors had not been vacuumed. Second room entryway floor was sticky. Used a towel to clean it. Towel was filthy afterward. Issue with heat but got it resolved. Hallway carpets all needed vacuumed and/or cleaned. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Will not stay at this hotel again.
