I just went to try to purchase a room at this hotel at 5:30 pm July / 14 / 2022. But the gentleman at the desk was really rude with a very nasty and unpleasant attitude. I've stayed here in the past with great customer service from different employees. But after today's lack of unprofessionalism and unfriendly invite I want be staying at this ever again.

Positive: Front desk clerk was kind Negative: Roaches in the bed!! Stayed less than 5 minutes and left!

I stay at alot of places for work some can be bad some good, most of the time I dont complain you pay for what you get this one is not that great. For $85 you expect clean sheets clean towels, and to be able to get ahold of someone at night. Nope not here sheets with hair and stains on them, towels dirty 100% did not change the linens after the last guest. After ringing the bell multiple times I had to call the front desk on my phone to get ahold of someone who told me there is no house keeping at this time. After explaining the condition of the room they had me walk to the side of the building for fresh linens. Not even a "sorry about your room" nothing even said to me. I usually take the good with the bad but for this kind of price I really expected better wasn't even expecting much and somehow this place didn't even meet those standards
