I was passing by this store many times, but today decided to check in and get some shoes. I was so surprised that I was assigned to MJ who went to nuts and bolts about which shoes do I need to get. Wow, such a service with so professional approach I have never got in my life! Amazing MJ and the store!!! Highly recommended!!!🥳🥳🥳

Shopped here for years. Bought 2 pair of shoes for husband, he didn't like either. Returned them to find out they only allow 'store credit'??!! What? Who does this.....what a scam. To top it off as they were putting the 'credit' on my account the read off a phone number that was close to mine, but wasn't mine....well, you can see how easy it would be to lose your credit! Or not even have it applied. Figured this out after guy told me 'you don't even need your receipt'....yeah right. Recommend you buy online where you can fully return!! I try to buy local....but in this case, when they go out of business I'll be able to say told you so and I won't shed a tear. Customer is NOT first here.

I've been having pain in my feet and the staff here are fantastic and highly knowledgeable. Eric M. helped me. Even though the place was bustling with customers, he took the time to listen to my problem, answer my questions, analyze my feet and my walk. His explanation of what was causing me pain was insightful and he gave me some really good recommendations. I tried on several pairs of shoes and orthotic insoles and walked away very happy and wowed by the knowledgeable and helpfulness of the staff.

Best shoe store in town. Why go to a shop where sellers don’t care and above all don’t know. I left with a pair of shoes Zach recommended. Since i did bot know which size to choose, he measured my feet. That looks pretty basic, right? Well last week I went to a shop where they just told me to look on the label for a European size equivalence. I really enjoyed being helped why Zach and someone else who jumped in. Best service with nice people. That what shopping should be like. Especially since the Quality-price ratio is great 🙌

Hand sanitizer at the front door, masks required, they have appointments for seniors I believe, and they encourage distancing (though an employee will be <4ft away while working with your feet)

We carry children's/teen athletic shoes from Asics in sizes 3 to 7 and next month will have New Balance from 1.5 to 6. We do not have shoes for young children. Thank you
I love this store because they are all very knowledgeable about feet and will recommend what you need for your particular feet. They Don't ever seem like they are pushing you to buy.
They should. To be honest mines lasted around the same times as yours. I'm so sorry about your misfortune. I will seek a refund as well. I know how much pain I was in before I arrived there, I was so happy when I left. I do construction work, so I noticed they didn't feel like they were doing their job. Peace to you.

A pair of running shoes cost me about $130, and they were on the low end. Walking shoes cost me about $120.
