Don’t waste your time trying to sell here. This is literally the worst Crossroads to come and try to sell clothes at. I brought in a large bag of items of good quality clothes, seasonally appropriate and waited an hour to finally be seen, only for the associate who got my bag to NOT TAKE ONE SINGLE ITEM. I am careful about what I bring in because I know they’re picky, but it has gotten ridiculous. Not even an explanation offered for why they couldn’t find anything. I am likely going to stop coming here as a customer because I’ve had it in terms of snobby service and overly long waits to be told I’ve just wasted an hour of my time.

5th time I've ever tried to come and sell with a bag of mostly still tagged, Banana Republic clothes from photoshoots, so most of these items are one of a kind and I watched them just look at the bag, not take out any items which I found strange. Ridiculous. Also the fact that a lot of items being sold were disgusting. Mud still on many shoes and dog hair on so many items that I had to leave the store many times for air. Out of all the crossroads locations, this is one of the worst. Go to the one near market and church, better service, better quality items being sold and THEY ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE ITEMS.

Regarding shopping for Men: Good place to find some decent jeans, chinos, and casual dress shirts. No formal wear like suits or slacks. Occasionally they have a nice pair of shoes for cheap. The men's section is about 1/4 the size of the women's section. Regarding selling for Men: Tough pickings but that's probably cause so many people offer their stuff up. The one time I went, I had lightly used sweaters and polo shirts that were all turned down. Keep in mind of the season when trying to sell. Selling stops at 7:30pm, store closes at 8pm.

We require masks in line with CDC guidelines for both staff and customers. We limit the amount of people in our stores and encourage social distancing. We have stringent cleaning policies in place.
Hello, To clarify, we give you 50% trade or 30% cash of the total retail we buy from you. Our stores price according to condition and currency, pricing items at rates that they think other customers would be okay paying.
Thanks for your message. We do by accessories such as wallets however the decision to purchase any clothing is made in the store at the Sell counter. You can call the store directly and ask to speak to a buyer and they should be able to help, or just bring your items in and have the buyer take a look.
