Clean and well operated community. Nice place to live.

Wonderful place to call home. Easily the nicest of all communities of this type. Fees seem to be compatible to other nicer MHC's Love the paved streets, sidewalks and well kept lawns. Managers are kind and supportive of residents.I appreciate that they support a tidy community as an unmowed or unwatered lawn sends the wrong message. I was also delighted to learn of residents who are happy to mow for a fee. I appreciate that residents are made aware of rules before contracts are signed so they can decide if they are able to comply. I've had some difficulty getting my movers to finish up the installation and management has been very understanding so I couldn't disagree more that they bully anyone. My neighbors couldn't be more kind and I love the sound of children playing in the evening. If Mayberry exists any where, it is here in CVE and I'm delighted to have found it.

This community, hands down, is the cleanest, quietest, most well run community of its kind in this area. I'd live here in a second.

The mnagement of Chatteroy Estates fringes on bullying and intimidation of the most vulnerable residents. For instance: 1. Insistence that the slightly different tint of the shed in front of the house be painted to match EXACTLY, 2. Weeds in the back yard be mowed down to the ground in spite of the fact that the weed spores undoubtedly came from the fenced building adjacent to the house as they were identical. 3. Insistence that the puppy and kitten be spayed immediately and that the cat be locked up in the house or face having it trapped in a cage and then given to the scraps to dispose of as both residents are disabled and would be unable to afford to get them back. After the tenants complied with all of this, they then slapped them with getting them licensed within a short period of time (which these poor folks also could not afford). 4. The nurses' parking area must be re-gravelled , etc etc etc. I could write a longer list, but I feel like you get the idea. I understand that the management is responsible for keeping up appearances, however, c'mon folks...we're talking about a disabled mom and her quadriplegic child. Oh, and did I mention the multiple rent increases in the same year? I am ashamed of the people who are tormenting these folks. I thought that the fine folks in Spokane would exhibit more compassion and generosity?! How sad that that is all you are capable of and I see past the pretty manicured lawns to the ugly underbelly of the beast. I would NOT recommend this mobile home park to anyone. Yes, let's call it what it is...not an estate, but a greedy mobile home park. Who is the owner, by the way...a Californian?

Not from an individual, but maybe through the management, but not usually.
