It's ok but people have to much junk in yards and to many stray cats !! Oh and you can't grow weed in there any more !

The community is okay, I had better neighborhoods and had worse. The managers do a good job keeping up with the place. Rent is affordable which is a huge bonus. Nice starter homes.

Yes , I think they have 2 spots open still...
The park has some places for sale. How it works there is people own thier homes but rent the spot it is on. So you would have to drive through the park and see which ones were for sale. And then you would have to get approval from the manager to rent the spot the home is on. Most mobile parks like this are set up the same way best of luck
