We just moved here last October in the new development. It's very nice and quiet (so far lol) The view is spectacular. Managers are helpful and do their best to take care of issues that arise. Houses are brand new and very nice.

I live in River Place. You ought to call to find out for sure, but I believe the starting base rent is $650. Does not include water, sewer and garbage. It really is a lovely place to live. It is very quiet and is delightful in the spring and summer as many tenants display beautiful flowers, trees and a wide array of delightful plants! I would like to live here until I pass on. Does that explain how I feel? Much luck on your journey!!
What are ensuites? These are 2, 3, 4 bedroom manufactured homes. It is a beautiful community with a couple of exceptions.
They finance the homes but you will always pay a space rent.

I believe you can always drive through to see what houses are for sale as we each own our own home and can sell anytime.
I don't know where people get $525 from. The space rent for entering now is $650 plus water sewer and garbage are added on, so over $700.
The park is owned by an enormous conglomerate called IPG in Irvine, CA. It is difficult to get info from them.
Who is saying this? This is awful no senior is a blightful drain on society and who ever has said this they are the real drain on society

I have lived here for almost 20 years and I agree with you they up space rent on people with no reason what's so ever and they dont seem to care about anyone here honestly. This has happened with other managers as well so very sad. What has happened to you? I have a bunch I could say just email me
There is a month space rent. You also only own the house.
