I have lived here for almost 20 years and I agree with you they up space rent on people with no reason what's so ever and they dont seem to care about anyone here honestly. This has happened with other managers as well so very sad. What has happened to you? I have a bunch I could say just email me
I do know that if seniors get their social security later in the month, a tenant has to pay a late fee, no exceptions.
I am part of a development crew working in this park. I have known Dave since phase 2 development started. Unless you are a blightful drain on society, I cannot fathom this manager being anything less than a delightful professional.
