We have a very large lot with a huge back yard, garage with ample extra space behind the garage. We also have a beautiful view of just trees in the summer. Very private for us. Not that way for most. We lucked out 11 years ago. We have a fence covering half our backyard to keep critters out!
Most of the new units have a small grass front area, but the side and back do not.
