Very cold when first visited. Didn't feel comfortable.

Great place with tons of exercise equipment, always nice and clean. Friendly staff & huge open areas to avoid crowdedness. Just wish on Memorial Day they would give Veterans a FREE 15 minute session on their Massage Beds. That would be awesome!!

Great machines,clean space, and friendly staff. Plenty of machines and upbeat music to set the pace. Highly recommended for that afternoon pick me up.

I see that there are 2 options. 1 must be month by month. The other is a 12 month commitment.
You are able to though you might want to check on the limitations on the type of shorts you can wear. Because I think there are a some types that aren't allowed. (For example shorts that expose underwear)

It looks like the weekend schedule is not open full 24 hour days. The hours are pretty extensive tho.
