I’ve only ever been here for The Emo Night Tour. However, every time I’ve been here( 4 in total), it has always been a great time! I have absolutely no complaints.

I’m extremely grateful for this place in San Jose. It’s nice to know that there’s something reliable and consistent and open minded like the Ritz. It’s a great medium-size venue. Not medium size-experience. I’ve been a patron of the Ritz/Blank since the inception(back when Brian was a bartender). always a good variety, always a safe and sane time. One of the coolest place in SJ. Just got done seeing an amazing show, And Ryan the sound guy just perfected that room. Wow. Close parking. Reasonable pricing. Solid drinks

Great small venue for concerts. Be sure to bring earplugs because it gets pretty loud in there.

I LOVE THIS PLACE--- this is the place to be on Fri and Sat's. We always buy the VIP tickets and we never have any issues. Speedy entrance, we get our 3 tickets for drinks, and off to enjoy our night. Security is no problem. Bartenders are friendly and the drinks are strong. They dont taste like they are watered down as other clubs in DTLA. We never have any issues upstairs specially when crowding around the VIP TABLES. Everyone gets along. We even sometimes get invited to hang out with the group of people that have tables (not mooching off their bottle or anything). Overall, this place is super fun and full of fun, energetic people.

Good question, Kevin. As our talent and events are super diverse, you'd be better served by just referring to the ol' Calendar. Thanks for asking, pal.
Sorry, it is actually. California state law and all that. (apologies for the late reply).
You can pay at the door on the day of the show.
Diamond 💎 Entertainment Presents ETANA ROCKIN’ THE BAY starring ETANA, 2X GRAMMY NOMINEE, 2X BILLBOARD #1 REGGAE ALBUM ARTIST Should be a good one! Come on down!
Hi Claudia, you don't need to print anything. Just present your ticket on your phone at the door. Thanks for asking!
Hi Claudia. Thanks for asking. No, you are not required to show proof of vaccination to come in to The Ritz. Take care and stay safe.
Hi Ana, we are 21+. Thanks for asking!
No. All you need is a face mask.
Yes, we can hold their ticket at the box office until they get there. Just tell the person in the ticket window who the ticket is for.
Nope, we don't. But we will need to check the contents before you go inside.
Yes Mike, hats are allowed.
I've done photography there before and never had a problem.
Sorry, I forgot I posted this question. The duplicate charge was cancelled, and the issue resolved. It just gave me a scare because it put me badly in the red just before payday. Thank you for your concern though!
They do not own a lot but there is street parking and parking lots nearby.
Ahh, sorry, they can not. California law is very clear on this; 21 and over only. Again, sorry.
Thanks for asking Leroy. We do not have a business phone at The Ritz. If you need to contact management for any reason at all, just go to our Contact page at our website to send an email. Thanks again.
There's not really seating. There is a ramp to the floor.
We can accommodate seating for her, absolutely. Which event are you attending? Just let the Door person know that ADA seating will be needed for her as you enter the club.
Yes indeed. They'll run $35 at the door, but if you buy online it's only $30. https://www.ticketfly.com/purchase/event/1741202?utm_medium=bks
Sorry Ferrin, just spotted your question. If you ever need to know if tickets are available for an event at The Ritz, just go to our website and click Calendar. For nights that have advance tickets there will be a link on the event's Calendar listing. We hope that helps in the future.
It depends on the band performing. Some ask that there are no photos to be taken, but the vast majority don't care. If there are no photos allowed, there will be a sign as you enter the club. No one is ever allowed to set up tripods or flash photography ever in The Ritz. I hope this answers your question.
We're sorry Animu, but our license only allows people 21 years and older. Hopefully you'll be a local here when you're of age. Thanks for asking!
