Deloris and her assistant like to regularly "lose" rent money from disabled tenants if it's cash, and then double charge rent as a result. In the middle of a pandemic while there is a rent moratorium nonetheless. The units are unmaintained overpriced rat's nests. To call them slum lords would be too nice for people like this.

Sucks! Can't have family members stay for amy amount of time without paying more for your lot rental, even if they are over 55.

If I bought a home in your park, and the ad read that I would pay x amount a month for taxes. Do I still pay lot rent. And if so what amount,or is it priced by lot? Thank you for your help with my assignment.

Park lot rent is $335 a month. That pays your water sewer and garbage as well. Have you talked with the owners of the park yet? Because they will go over all of this with you.

Is all rental.
