Not all RRI are the same. This location met all my expectations for a decent night's sleep while traveling. It is budget friendly (paid $75 w/tax). It is clean. I felt safe. The parking lot is well lit. They allow (large) dogs. It is a little off the highway. We have stayed here twice.

Allowed pets which is good. Check-in staff was nice. Was told breakfast was served 6-9. Went to the office area at 630. No employees in entire area, and zero food services set up. Everything was dark! We had to go somewhere else to pay additional for breakfast. Do not recommend.

Room was average, pillows were flat. Looked like mold on the shower walls. Check in person was nice, but I don't think the check out person is a morning person. Actual house keeper seemed sweet but the lady pushing the trashcan around was rude and started beating on our door at 8am yelling HOUSEKEEPING. Coffee was empty at 815am, no breakfast. Not even a muffin. Better choices around the area.... lesson learned.

The room is nice, and $80 for the night isn’t bad. I loved that this hotel was pet friendly. I’m in town because my dog was seriously injured and needed an emergency surgery. Unfortunately, I’ve had anything but a relaxing stay in this hotel. Staffing was not friendly in the least bit. I spoke with two different receptionist on two different occasions, and both of them were quite rude. One of them even got angry and raised her voice at me when I asked why I was required to pay with another card when I had pre-booked my room online. I should have left right then, but the threat of being charged anyway kept me. The wall are paper thin. I could hear every thing on the neighboring rooms and those above me. My upstairs neighbors were so loud I couldn’t sleep. I could hear every time someone used the water anywhere in the building or closed a car door. I was aware of every vehicle that came and went. Considering that the parking lot was all but empty when I arrived at my check in time, there was a lot of to and from traffic here at night. I gave up on sleep about 5:30 am and looked forward to some breakfast unfortunately for me their idea of breakfast is a pop tart and an apple in a bag.
