Bed was comfortable. Reserved a room for 4 people, only supplied with 2 bath towels. Stopped by front desk on our way to dinner and instead of sending housekeeping to our room with towels, we were told to grab them when we got back from dinner. Pool was cloudy so kids didn't swim. Breakfast was disappointing, juice was empty, water was empty, milk was empty and cook seemed annoyed when I asked for bacon. Next table arrived and the server brought a nice big container of juice for the table...I couldn't even get silverware. Requested a blowdryer which was never received. Perfect location but unfortunate we won't be staying at this hotel again.

On our trips to gulf shores, we always love staying here! The place is great, Tupelo is so neat, and the people working at the Hilton Garden Inn are so nice and helpful; Gabby and Bridget are all stars! Gabby was unbelievably nice, running all over for us and even making sure my kids were happy, and Bridget knew just how to fix things and was so understanding. I can’t say enough nice things about these two. We will definitely be back!

Came from Ohio for the loss of my Momma. Dustin greeted us an has been wonderful with us through out our stay. Truely appreciate him!! Rooms are very nice & comfortable beds. Also pet friendly which is a major plus .

Restaurant was above average. Cook and front worker went out of their way to accommodate us. Rooms need a thorough cleaning. 2 nights, 2 rooms and they cost differently. We had to move from one room to another. Anyway it was a pleasant stay.
