Upon arrival this establishment posted a cash deposit of $100 USD to be made and room to be inspected before the deposit refunded. Member placed a call the BW CSR only to be told there was nothing they could do to assist apologized and told me I can call the BW Corporate office a d offered the number. Contacting BW Corporate Stayed in 204. Filthy. Returned to the front and was assigned to room 218; it reaked of Marijuana. I return to the lobby and spoke to the young lady at the desk. She offered the guest sheets and it took her 20 minutes to provide guest with mismatched sheets queen top, king bottom and 4 pillowcases. Guest had to change sheets and clean the toilet before using. Unable to shower tub filthy. As a BW Rewards Member this establishment doesn't meet or even attempt to abide by corporate cleaning standards. I have posted review and uploaded photos supporting.

For starters, there was a deposit that I had to pay in cash. This was acceptable because I only needed the room for one night, and there was no way I was going to trash it. The clerk informed me that I would receive the refund for the deposit upon check out. Now on to the room. The room was stuffy and smelled like smoke, eventhough this was a non-smoking room. I just blasted the air, which didn't put out as much as I would have liked, and let the door stay opened for about 15 minutes. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was clean. On the bathroom floor, it looked like there was a dead bug. I did mention it to my roommate. We left the room for a meeting and returned to find the bug had been removed. Now mind you, this was around 9:00 PM. At 3 the next morning, we were awakened by loud knocking at our door. We were terrified to see who was at the door, but I mustered up enough courage to check it out; come to find out, there was no one there. I attempted to call front desk to ask and/report to incident. It took about 20 minutes to finally speak with someone. The clerk, a guy, was very rude about it. Checking out was a breeze and there was a continental breakfast, which was mediocre. I did receive the refund for the deposit without the clerk even checking the room.... guess she trusted me. Last thing I want to add is that I did feel like I was being watched the whole time I was there.

Positive: Rooms were clean and staff very friendly Negative: The pool was not open. There was no water in it. I booked the room for $-- but was charged $--- for all 4 roooms.

This hotel is very clean, quiet, and the owners are VERY professional :) I had an issue with an outlet/hair dryer when we checked in and the owners responded immediately when they became aware of it. We will definitely be staying here again. We have stayed in numerous hotels in Tupelo bc we are relocating to the area, this hotel is the best we have used!
