Will never stay here again, should have left once we got to the room, refund or not. Upon entering the room, were greeted by three flies. Carpet was sticky and disgusting. Shower curtain rod was falling off the walls. Room smelled musty. Housekeeper outside pushing a linen cart with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. Building was run-down and dirty, trash everywhere, slimy mildew around all the broken downspouts, general disrepair everywhere. I left with seven bed bug bites as a reminder of my stay. Absolutely disgusting hotel.

Deal for the money, good location. The room I reserved is not what I got, but I realized no matter what "amenities" the room had, it would still be nasty. Our room was damp, the bed felt wet & smelled like cat urine. The outlet covers were missing, didn't shower bc it seemed I would get even more dirty, the desk was dirty, carpet was nasty... but hey! The staff at check in were nice. π Lesson learned. Don't pinch on a room, & then complain.

Our room was not clean. Hairs in one bed, crumbs in the other, floor not clean and smell was horrible. They gave us another room, moved our things only to see that the room wasnβt even ready and it was well after check in time. They βupgradedβ our room but it was just as nasty as the first with a thick layer of dust on everything. They did refund our money, thankfully and we went next door to the holiday inn (cost was more but VERY nice hotel) I do not recommend this Baymont unless they get some better cleaning people.

Bath room was real clean. Bed was comfy but the pillows were horrible. Didn't sleep well at all. My feet were black on the bottom from the carpet. It was really sticky. Staff was friendly. Close to lots of good restaurants.

No you can pay with cash they take an extra 50 then you get it back when you leave as long as you didn't break anything
I am not sure due to their property environment health condition. Please ask them before you work into them.
Thank you for your question, We do have a cancellation policy at Baymont Inn & Suites Helen. it is normally a 24 hours or 4pm prior to your arrival date, you can cancel anything outside of these periods. This might change if we have a special rate that is non refundable or group or events in town. Hope this information helped and thank you again Kay H General Manager
