Stayed in jacuzzi room with family. We had a great time. Very clean room, great service. The children had fun in the pool. Comfortable beds! Loved all the movie channels. Great prices.Highly recommend. We will be back

This was my 1st time in Helen Georgia and I couldn't have picked a more wonderful hotel. I was able to walk everywhere and the staff was wonderful and given me directions and suggestions. The rooms were really clean and I loved swimming in the pool. Thanks to the wonderful manager Mike for all his help during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and return myself

I've stayed in several Red Roofs for overnight personal and business trips. I had an awesome experience at this location, compared to others in different states. The front desk attendant gave a warm welcome, she informed me of the breakfast times, and local events, and even gave food recommendations based on my food preference. Check-in was less than 10mins. This room was clean with no bad odor. Everything worked properly the microwave and the refrigerator was clean as well. The next day at checkout I needed a little more time, I spoke to the Manager (Mike), who compensated me an additional hour for no charge. Hands down great customer service, great location, clean rooms with a peaceful stay. Will stay here again!!!

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Helen, Ga. The room was filthy. The floors had clearly not been cleaned . There was very suspicious looking brown stuff on the walls in the bathroom next to the toilet. There were very dingy finger prints and hand prints on doors and walls. The sink and counter top was not clean. He towel racks had black, loose debris laying on it. The towels had the same debris. It was not coffee. The second night we were kept up very late into the night by the people upstairs. Every time I would doze back to sleep the noise and what sounded like horses running around would start back up. I called the front desk and they offered for us to move! I told them I was not the one being noisy. I should not have to uproot and leave so late in the night. The said they would call the people above us. I think that just made them stomp around more. They also woke us up out of a sound sleep in the morning. You don’t just hear the people above you, you can feel the vibrations. Buildings that will housing multiple families should have better insulation between rooms. I never go to a nice hotel and have this problem even when it’s completely full. There was no need that I can see to put people above us. I will gladly pay a little more in the future to get a clean room where I don’t have to wonder about the sheets and don’t have to hear the every move of the people above me.
