The people here are super nice!! Not only did they help me find exactly what I needed, but also helped me figure out how to transport it safely (what I was buying was very big and bulky). Special thanks to Mike, the store manager, as well as Price, Chres, and John for their help :)

Has a lot to offer, but at this store the check out process is really bad. When we were there, there wasn't a single register open, only the self check-out, and no one manning it. So there was no way to check out with the nuts and bolts. Also when we went over to customer service to check out, we stood there for about 5 mins well the associates just chatted to each other.. and showed each other stuff on their phones. Also the associate who finally helped us, did so with headphones in, and couldn't hear us because of that.

VERY unorganized and wasted my time trying to find the item I was looking for. I had the location of the item on my phone and ended up finding the spot it should have been, but the reducer coupling box was filled with drip ear elbows. I wasted another few minutes trying to find an employee to help me.

I don’t usually write reviews often, but I have to say, every person I’ve spoken with here at the Hadley, MA Lowes has been super helpful and super nice. I’ve only called the store, since I don’t live in the area. I had some issues with an order that I had gifted to someone down in MA and the Hadley store has been so helpful. Just the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Thanks guys and gals, keep up the good work. 😊

It varies depending on what they have in stock. But even if they are sold out it can take a long while before new plants come in.
Just as every other Lowes. If you would like specifics I suggest you call the branch directly.
I think they do but, If Lowe's doesn't, your local dump should take it for free and put it in their disposal or their free store if it's still usable.
