Store clerks are very courteous and helpful. Store is filled with a lot of overpriced items so they send you out a coupon in the mail so you will come in and buy a certain dollar amount to get a discount. Had to go back three times. First time items were Miss marked and was overcharged because of that. Next two items needed to be returned because of poor quality from China. Third was a cutting board made in the US that started to flake off pieces of plastic that would get into the food. Lots of junk in this store!

Ordered online for Xmas gifts and didn't get 4 of the things I ordered by "guaranteed" delivery date. Their definition of guaranteed must differ VASTLY from Webster's. Discourteous manager and online support. I'm all set with this place. Lost my business ✌

I was surprised & disappointed about the limited choices in sheet sets in the store today. Ended up buying elsewhere. The store generally has a good variety of products, but sheets seems pretty basic considering the store name starts with "Bed".
