My partner and I have been trying to reach out to you guys for several days, several times and have been met with nothing. This is after one of your staff told us to contact them anytime before 5. We were told there was a room for us and to call back once we made the decision on whether or not we’d like to stay. We would have loved to live here but after this distasteful treatment, I feel as though we dodged a bullet, do better.

Stayed here for almost a year and the staff has been very accommodating and easy to work with. All maintenance requests have been resolved within a day or so. I can pay all bills with through autopay and never have to deal with anything else. Decent location in South Tampa near MacDill. I've never had a delivered package stolen off my doorstep in the entire time I've lived here.

These are beautiful upgraded apartments BUT if you want to hear the neighbors conversations and intimate moments move here! I can hear every step my neighbors make above me and even get woke up every night cause they close their cats up in the room above me and of course cats play all night! I always know what they are cooking too cause the smell circulates through down to my place. I'm counting down the days to move so I can get some good sleep.
