I would rate it 0 stars if possible. 4 months into the lease and the thought of being homeless is more alluring than renewing a lease here. TRASH IS EVERYWHERE!! The tenants are absurdly disgusting! Trash bags are left strewn about the entire complex and get thrown in spots where the person has gone 10 minutes out of their way to litter. This has left the exterior of the complex utterly INFESTED with roaches. They also raised rent by 300$ because of a “security gate.” A security gate that has never once moved and sits open while the exit is closed making everyone use the same one lane exit and entrance. My car has been broken into 3 times despite BEING A GATED COMMUNITY(well not really because the gate has been broken since the day it was built). Thank you westshore crossing for jacking up your rates. I would rather be homeless but i’m stuck for another 8 months. This will fall on deaf ears, but if you see this you have been warned and i advise you to stay CLEAR. If you’re staff working here and stumble across this, you are all unqualified to be working in hospitality. (Except for Joan)

Filthy and disgusting. Manager refused to put a proper lock on my son’s front door even though we complained for several months. His front door knob was hollow with no key holes. Multiple people are actually living in the parking lot in busses and vans without resident stickers on their cars while other select people have had their cars towed. I’d spend a year in prison before I lived there. I’m ashamed of myself as a parent for putting him there but my son was a college student and we were desperate.

Don’t waste your money applying! The way the lease agent communicates is horrible. She made me send multiple images/emails, claimed they were the same paystub when they weren’t…. Only to inform me my credit score was denied and that they actually don’t except PETS. I would have never applied if it knew it wasn’t pet friendly. I’m calling the BBB.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!! If I could give these apartment 0 stars I would! Besides the inside of the apartment being decent looking everything else is horrible. The outside of the apartments is not kept up with, dirty and the hallways flood when it rains. If the valet trash doesn’t pick up your trash you’re responsible to throw it away or you’ll get fined (which is dumb since you pay for it every month and sometimes they don’t come for days) Water is randomly shut off everyday sometimes without notice. Apartments infested with roaches!!!!!!!! You have to call the office in order to get pest control which doesn’t work! You will see roaches every day and night no matter how clean you are! Apartment cheaply built, you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors do. Very loud complex constantly loud music playing whenever. We waited a week after our original move in day due to them not having the unit ready and when we finally moved in the unit looked like the previous renter moved out the day prior (holes in the wall, no smoke detectors installed, broken patio door, walls dirty/not painted, every closet doors broken etc.) When you tell the office staff about all these issues they act concerned but they don’t do anything to fix it. They don’t care not even corporate cares and then they’ll eventually ignore your calls and e-mails. I HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE AFTER ONLY LIVING THERE FOR A MONTH DUE TO THE NASTY LIVING CONDITIONS AND THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN’T WANT TO FIX ANYTHING!!!! If you’re looking for a sign not to move here I’m warning you please don’t.. living in the “cheapest” apartment in the area isn’t worth it! I wish I would’ve trusted the reviews it would’ve save me a lot of money!
