The products are great. The staff are lazy, unmotivated, will have you wait in lines that are 10-15 people deep, before they roll their eyes and ask for help.

I've always had problems with this particular Dollar Tree location! The manager's, all of them, are extremely nasty and rude! Time after time I've witnessed managers belittle employee's in front of customers! This is extremely unnecessary and unprofessional! If an employee needs to be corrected you call them into the office or take a smoke break together and do it privately!! No need for power trips, it's just the Dollar Tree for crying out loud! There is a manager there who is quite young. She is very rude to customers including me! I've never seen her smile or heard a kind word come out of her mouth. She makes me feel like my business is not welcome there with her glaring at me and rolling her eyes. I personally, am done with that Dollar Tree! I live just down the street from there but, travel to the Canyon Road location. I spend way too much money at Dollar Tree to settle for that kind of "customer service!" My money spends better elsewhere anyway!!! The Canyon Road Dollar Tree employee's are very nice and smile and always ask how my day is going. They make me feel like I'm welcome as an individual. This world needs more folks like that giving customer service! Especially during the holidays and these difficult time were all going through. We need to care about one another! Am I right or am I right?! Merry Christmas!🎅🎄🤶
