I stopped in to make sure the technicians ordered the correct tires and wheels. At that time I made an appointment for two weeks later to get the new tires and wheels installed on my recently restored square body truck. I was told it would be done in two hours. Five hours later I was notified that the wheels were done but that my ball joints need to be replaced. I asked if they could be done before the end of the day. The technician assured me that they could be done by 5 o’clock. 4 o’clock I got a call and was told that they hadn’t even started on the ball joints and I needed to pick up the truck. In addition to not getting the ball joints done, they ordered the incorrect center caps for the front wheels of my four-wheel-drive vehicle. As I talked to the technician and the assistant manager they were indifferent to the service I was provided. It’s just not the same service that Les Schwab was previously known for. Just one more disappointment with corporate America.

Great service went there to buy a new battery. They got me in before my actual appointment time an was done shortly after my scheduled appointment time. I enjoyed the service I received and customer service I was actually enjoying sitting there waiting for my car to be done. You usually just want to leave from a place, but not here I'd recommend them for sure. Great work ladies and gentlemen keep it up

Tom is the best! I am always pleased when I come here. I'm in and out and can always trust the work that has been done correctly. Customer service is always on point! I take everyone of my vehicles to this Les Schwab, and would highly recommend anyone to go to this store for any repairs or replacements.

I pulled into this local to see about a nail in my tire. It was Saturday at 4:15 and I thought it might be too late to fix it as they were closing soon. Very nice young girl didnt even hesitate. I asked to stay with the car because of health problems and she got my info and had young man named Alex take care of the tire. The service here was exemplary. They were friendly, professional and quick. I worked as an ASE Certified Tech for many years and started out selling and installing tires. It was really nice to see the same values and customer service skills I had learned so long ago, (and frankly I rarely see anywhere, anymore). I was very impressed with both of these people. And much to my suprise they didnt charge for the tire repair and in spite of the fact the tire hadnt been purchased there. My experience at this Les Schwab was reminiscent of a time when Great Customer Service was commonplace and absolutely necessary for the success of any business. Over the years I have seen a huge decline in these ideals and it was so refreshing to see them here at this Les Schwab. I wont hesitate to bring them my business in the future.
