How does the management at this place just rudely cancel appointments because people call to let them know your running late due to WORK,and not being understand at least the person has a job so rent can be made! And they don't know how to answer phones OR return calls

For such a fairly new and spacious apartment to live in, the amount of garbage being piled up to the degree of reaching the parking lots and peoples home is disgusting!!!! There should be a STOP to this and be all CLEANED UP!!!! I don’t understand why management will ever tolerate this especially when having people living there!! This is unacceptable and should never be allowed!! please send help!!! This doesn’t deserve NO stars truthfully

I give this place a good rating b/c no place is perfect. I have lived here 2 years. My apartment is lovely and its pretty quiet. The Staff is very busy so I understand the frustrations. Overall the staff is understanding and decent.

The reason they were given a star is because the unit was brand new upon my move in. That being said there was already scratches to the flooring overspray from painting and wood putty in the cabinets. Yes it is low income housing therefore I paid about $500 less a month than most comparable unit cost. I had to pay for a carport because i have 2 cars which i didnt agree with but i didnt have many options after divorce. The dumpster is located next to carports and constantly overflowing. If you need to talk to someone in the office you better email because they dont answer the phone. I hope your neighbor is nice... Mine above me not so much she would make noises at all hours and if you ask her to be quite she throws a tantrum and stomps around. Find somewhere eles to live because this place is just like the woodbrook apartments in lakewood... WALK AWAY while you can. BTW dont walk in the grass or let your children play on it you get in trouble and theres no smoking at all on the property so the patio is a mute point! I hope your car has a good alarm if you have a honda i can almost promise it will be stolen from here.

I don't know about that. They are low income for sure though. I know for the 2 bedroom the income requirement was you could not make over $3,000 per month. They are brand new and very nice inside and out. I heard the waiting list for the one bedroom is a year long, the two bedroom is most likely a year long as well, and there were 3 bedroom's still being built and available as of A month ago. Hope this kind of helps.

We do have 1 bedrooms, however we are wait listed for that style apartment home. If you would like to be added the wait list you can all you would have to do is call our office 253-964-6868. We do have 2 bedroom 1 bathroom available for $926, we will pay water, sewer and garbage if that is something you would like to apply for. Yes, the pool is heated but we are not open year round. Only open from Memorial to Labor Day.
It looked like you have to pay to park every month...is that true? Why don't you get an assigned spot with your apt? This would mean I would have to pay an additional $75-$115 a monrh between pet rent and parking is that correct?

We have a $500 pet deposit and $25 monthly pet rent. Deposit does have to be paid before pet moves in. We also do have breed restrictions. You are more than welcome to come in or contact our office! Thank you

We have 9 building in the complex and each building will open at a different time frame. The last building is projected to be completed in September 2019 and our first building is due to open mid February.
