Highest regards for HCU. But the Spanaway branch isn't even trying. Got to the Drive thru just before opening yesterday. After opening, sat there ignored for over 15 minutes. Only after asking did they claim they were having 'computer problems.' Customers time seems to be of no worth to them.

I will never go to this location again been going here for almost 10 years now I will be going to South Hill me and my wife went in I wanted to do a personal loan that was a pre approval for And be added to my wife's mortgage account to pay mortgage because I used to send it And be added to my wife's mortgage account to pay mortgage because I used to send it Through a cash app there was no one in the branch and 3 financial advisers and about 4 tellers and they told us we had to have an appointment and they can't help us because they were on lunch it would have taken 10 minutes to do what we asked to do and it took them 20 minutes to argue with us about having an appointment

Every time I call. I’m rudely spoken too. The tellers really don’t know what they’re doing. I get the runaround when I ask questions. I get yelled at for asking questions. No managers are ever available to assist their tellers. I always get towed a manager will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. But no one ever contacts me. Worst experience with the bank I have ever had. I do not recommend Displace.

Love, love, love this bank! Never had any issues they are on top of their fraud protection and have amazing customer service! However I must say these brand new debit cards we are getting to activate on January 29, 2020 are ugly as sin and I wish they would redesign them. I loved the last two designs they had but these ones are just super ugly! :(

If you have an account already at Harborstone you are more thanwelcome to cash checks drawn off of other banks. Depends how long you have had your account though and how big the check is
