They do the absolute minimum to get you in and out quickly. Office staff is friendly, but not very knowledgeable or helpful. Find another “in network” provider.

I can finally see! After years of telling doctors that I can’t see in the distance, I can finally see. I would explain that I couldn’t see traffic signs until I nearly passed them or the tv guide on our 50 something inch tv. The doctor at Spanaway Vision clinic gave me a new prescription that he said should make a difference. Wow, when I picked my glasses it felt like a new world. The office staff is awesome, friendly and helpful, and the turn around time for may glasses was quick. I finally found my new optometrist. I will be getting my glasses from them for now on.

He's lazy, not patient with children. He prescribed my son 2 completely wrong prescriptions for his glasses. Now I'm left paying out of pocket for my son to get the correct ones because he used up my insurance. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money and time here.

The first time I went to this clinic was okay. Then I decided to go back to get prescription sunglasses. The lady told me it would be cheaper to bring in my own frames. So I did, Dior frames that were worth more than $300. She said they were not liable if they were cracked during the process. That seems fair, they are mine. Well It had been over a week and no one called me to let me know what was going on. They said that my frames were lost in shipping and never made it to the lab. They offered to let me choose any frames from their clinic. They didn't have a huge selection and even so, I spent 150 on lenses and the frames that I got were about 140. I was still getting jipped. I lost out of more than half of my money from the cost of those frames going "missing". I found it interesting how they could get both of my other frames from their personal inventory to their lab on time, but the one that I brought in of my own got lost. It really seems like someone along the way found a really expensive set of frames (MINE) and just thought they would make it better by giving me a free pair. I still had to pay fro my lenses. Which is ridiculous. I basically lost money. I won't be going back.
