Quyntrell or Q, should be the example how to think and problem solve while listening. There should be a place where we value customer service agents and the good one get put into a que for all the compaines that are head hunting for quality employees have a place to shop. That way the cream rises to the top of the pay scale...thats how it could be a better system..imo

I cannot speak to the business practices of Progressive Insurance however I have attended several nonprofit meetings at their facility and was treated very well by both staff and management. It is a secure facility and one must go through security to get in. The security guards although thorough also make it very easy to enter the facility. I give Progressive Insurance High marks for support of the nonprofit community in the Tampa area

I have been a Progressive customer for 3 years. My policy in MO was great, however moving to FL things have not gone smoothly. I did plan my move accordingly and followed up with Progressive sales in regards to quotes numerous times. I decided that once my MO policy had expired, I would renew via a FL policy. Unfortunately, each representative failed to mention I should submit my quote at least a few days prior to my existing policy expiring because there is a possibility for me to be flagged to their underwriting team. Progressive stated it would take a full 48 hours before the underwriting team would contact me. This is not due diligence considering I have been with them for 3 years. Additionally, I have been discussing the quote and move several times over the last few weeks and nobody mentioned this would occur. I do not like driving without insurance. I decided to call Customer Service and requested to speak to a very rude supervisor who cut me off when I tried to give her my existing policy number. She failed to listen to me and said "I don't need that since you weren't with Progressive". I said "I actually started this conversation saying I had progressive for the past 3 years so I do have a policy number" She concluded that the customer service could not reach out to the underwriting team and there was no number I could have to contact the underwriting team. They only communicate via email. This is absurd that the teams do not communicate. I am not pleased with how this process has been especially with the supervisor.
