Mail carrier CONSTANTLY gives us the wrong mail. The riverview office has lost multiple packages and never marks it as lost so I have to go out of my way to figure it that my package is missing and ask for a refund from the 😀😃😄😁😆😅place I've ordered. And most recently, I scheduled pick-up for a time sensitive return. Asked for the usps carrier to knock on the door because I didn't want to leave it in the mailbox. They never came

The bad reviews come from people who have no patience or kindness in their body. The staff here is very polite and works as fast as they can. If you don’t come prepared with tape and a pen, don’t get mad when the post office doesn’t provide those items. That’s not their responsibility. Be prepared when you come here with what supplies you need to mail your stuff. Have some patience too because well…it’s a busy place and no duh there will be a wait.

The carriers for this post office are absolutely awful at their job. I've had them outright refuse to deliver packages to my house, because they claim that my address doesn't exist, even though I get mail here just fine. When they do deliver packages, it's always very late into the evening. And sometimes, they won't even deliver, but say they did. Don't even bother trying to file a complaint, it'll just be ignored.

Only 1 star because I can’t give zero. This post office is trash. The carriers are terrible at their jobs. Donnie and Annie are both awful at their jobs, there’s ZERO accountability for lost and misplaced packages. And all they can do is say sorry you’re out of luck. Embarrassing.

Don't hold your breath. I have lived in this area for over 15 years. Get used to misdelivered mails and stolen mails. Very sad.
Yes they do.
This actually happened to me...kinda. My mailman broke mine and I had to find him down the street. He actually fixed it but laid the old one on the ground until he did (maybe cuz mine was on the street). So my experience is a bit different but I would call a local branch or go online and use "help" or "contact us". Other than that I would leave a note or try to catch the mailman again and explain it to them. You may need to reach their manager if they dont understand. I mean they could get fired if they damaged your property and didn't report it. 2 weeks is a bit long. They do have a wheelchair accessible building also. How are you getting your mail? Idk but good luck.
You should be able to Google that question. When I go tomorrow I will check and see.
That has not been our experience.
Are you talking about amazon drivers

Don't call office. Call customer service and make a complaint. Someone needs to come and clean house at this office
You have thay option. Just use the tracking number to choose the preferred delivery option.
Call them first. Don't waste your time going there without knowing because more than likely they're sitting on your package in the back room while talking about their weekend plans.
