So this is move in day. I have a truck, and the guy who owns this car couldn't mové it to the parking spot 15 feet away but he could come outside and get in the car and tell me it's going to be a bad storm.Even though I asked him if he could move his car as a courtesy to the open spot since he had arrived after me. He said his spot was reserved, despite me pointing out the open spot. Now I get to move in a heavy rainstorm and its going to take much longer while trying not to damage his precious car. Because I have to move appliances between his car and the curb. I was trying to avoid being too close to his car since I am moving furniture. The guy was not a good neighbor. Management still gets 5 start for solving another issue after hours at 9:30pm. The maintenance and the property manager is awesome and handled the situation as soon as possible.

Paid good money for a "luxury" apartment just to be surrounded by several neighbors that appeared to be on section 8. Nothing wrong with people being on section 8...till someone brings drama around and there's a shooting. Bad attitude from more than one staff member on more than one occasion; gave the impression they could care less about me or my concerns. Not all it appears to be in my experience; Couldn't wait to leave.

Was not able to move in to an apartment due to availability but I was super thrilled with Jesse and his superior help. He really made me sad that I would not be leasing here….The apartments were very homey and I loved the colors for the kitchen. The amenities were SO nice and the pool was beautiful. It would have been like living in a resort everyday but you’re just in Brandon! Thank you Jesse!!

We looove living at the Oasis! Our experience has been great since the application process to now living and enjoying our apartment and amenities. The community is always clean, kind staff and neighbors, beautiful common areas. We also really enjoy the community activities, such as the food trucks and raffles.
