We had propane logs installed in our existing fireplace and Kirley was very helpful in going through our options, coordinating installation (including propane tank and piping installation) all in a very timely manner. They were very responsive and also competitively priced. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking into heating options!

Horrible experience. One week after their technician "cleaned" our pellet stove, we had a fire. Kirley's was very dismissive of our complaint (they hung up on my husband when we were trying to get an update with the repair process), tried to blame us for the fire, and tried to charge us $630 to fix the stove. Luckily, their insurance company found them at fault, as they did not clean the stove and pipe properly. This company doesn't deserve the one star I have to give them in order to post this. BUYER BEWARE.
