Great service. Have to wait a little bit as they are helping so many customers. Noticed that their staff member (Allysa) helped a customer with disability with all the paperwork and steps. She even walked her out and took proper care to make sure customer is comfortable. She took care of my issue as well and very courteous, kind and professional. She took care of old equipment and provided me the new equipment as well as the missing cables. Other staff members were also working hard. Really appreciate all the great work.

I came in today with my note 10 plus 5 G to switch into xfinity mobile network from Verizon there was a hiccup after I left and had to cone back. I was very upset and had been also on phone with customer service. Even though I was not calm the rep helping me AJ was calm cool collected and trouble shooter when I was being told 24 hours from the phone customer service. AJ is awesome he went out of his way to help me my husband weeks ago and was also had some side knowledge for my son for a seperate thing. Thank you.

I went into the store and had to wait only about 3 minutes. A wonderful women in the Mansfield Crossing store helped me out gave me my modem and EVEN GOT A FREE STREAMING DEVICE.

How much later are you thinking? Even if they disconnect it will reconnect immediately after payment is made. If you are asking if you just do pay will it stay on? I highly doubt it. They want that minimum payment it you want service

It is not a normal cell phone store. They do have a cell service but it is not the regular carriers. Whoever is your normal carrier is who you should go to. Unless you are looking to switch to them for cell service.
