I would call too and ask for new customer specials.
I dont have internet except on my phone, when it decides to let me use it.
They'll give you a self install kit at the store. Otherwise you can call 1-800-XFINITY and set up new service and they'll probably send out a tech to set it all up. If you have internet I'd be happy to set up your own networking equipment to save you the rental fees
