They charge me $25 to park on all day and would not let me leave and then come back, talk about thieves, three guys sitting in one little office doing absolutely nothing, there's actually no reason that I pay for all day and cannot leave then come back, I pray that God will curse them for the thieves that they are

8:45pm. Garage is open for a special event at Constitution Hall. The garage is pitch black on the inside with 90% of the lights turned out. This is unsafe and unacceptable.

The spots are tiny and it's impossible to get in and out of your vehicle, if you can even find a spot. None of the pay stations were working and it was ridiculously expensive. My 6' son hit his head on a cement crossbar in the stairwell.

I believe so, but I doubt that getting in by 9sm would qualify on getting an early bird rate anywhere in this area. Probably need to get in by around 6:00 for that.
Depends on the day! If there's a big event close by, they charge the whole day, around $25. Never seen per hour. Usually $20 per day
