Came here last Saturday, 21-Aug-21, to use a prepaid pass I purchased through Spot Hero. Showed up and apparently nobody could get into the garage. A car ahead of us was backing out because they could not get the hourly ticket machine to give them a ticket to raise the arm. We tried scanning our QR code and that did not work either. Nobody in sight to ask what was going on. No signs indicating the lot was full or anything else.

We arrived the night of 25 June at 10 pm and the guy who’s responsible for that shift was very rude when we asked him questions about parking. He was very unprofessional and can reflect a bad reputation to this business.

I wanted to park in this parking lot, and I just went to ask for information before I was sure if I wanted to park, and the man who worked in that place asked if I could read? that I could read before asking him.
