The office management and the facility storage at this cubesmart location is excellent. I had to store some items for almost a year and had no issues with dust or pests in the storage shed. I was able to get a good rate also! Thank you Desmond.

Unfriendly. Raised rate 50% in 6 months without notice. I asked if there was an error on my account. Desmond told me to wait to pay until the bill was adjusted since they’re required to provide 30 days notice and I hadn’t received notice. Meanwhile Desmond put a lock on my unit without notice even though we spoke on the phone and he emailed me to let me know my adjusted bill was ready. Paid bill the day after he emailed me. Closed on Sundays yet door says open 11-3. Had to reschedule flight because I could not get my gear out - due to the lock - Sunday before flight. I showed up to my unit to find a lock without any heads up.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
