I was there about 6 months and when I vacated the manager chuck said to leave him a forwarding address to get my deposit back, and I did. It's been two months and no refund of my deposit of $800 With my one star review maybe I'll get a response back!!!

Can only comment on phone customer service. Called to get some long term rates and ask a few questions. The gentlemen was very friendly and very helpful. More than likely a good reflection of their face to face.

Depends on what row your trailer is in. The first 2 rows are more $$. Mine was $650 plus electric(fluctuates on who reads them) right in the front
You need to contact the office they have some rules and requirements for your trailer they don't rent hope that helps you
Your trailer is too old,sorry.the only exception would be If it looked like new On the outside. Go by Office, show manager Picture of your trailer Fill out app.
