I really appreciate the care and attentiveness of this office. I travel from Wyoming to see Caroline Tuchowski and it is very much worth it. She has worked with me to find an effective treatment for my RA and is always easy to reach with my questions or needs. Her assistant, Andrew, is the best - he is quick, clear and friendly with answers! I couldn't ask for a better team to work with.

I mostly work with Kelli McKay, but Dr. Thakor was brought in at one point on my case. I was diagnosed quickly and able to start meds immediately! They have been great working with me to find the right meds for me with no judgement about any intolerable side effects.

Excellent care by Dr Thakor for almost 3 years until I had a insurance mix up. And in less than 90 days I received a letter that I was no longer a patient of Dr Thakor. No amount of pleading or explanation would allow me back. I truly miss Dr.Thakor .

Being generous with my review of 2 stars. I had a medication that has not been properly filed with the insurance company, and the medical assistant is refusing to properly file it even after being contacted by the insurance company directly. I have contacted the office multiple times as well, and I just keep getting redirected to the medical assistant who very rudely speaks to me whenever she gets on the phone and puts the blame on everyone else. When suffering from autoimmune diseases you would think that an office like this would take this more seriously, but unfortunately since Amanda Mixon has left, this is an office you have truly be willing to be your own advocate for and fight through the incompetence and neglect.
