I don't know about that. They are low income for sure though. I know for the 2 bedroom the income requirement was you could not make over $3,000 per month. They are brand new and very nice inside and out. I heard the waiting list for the one bedroom is a year long, the two bedroom is most likely a year long as well, and there were 3 bedroom's still being built and available as of A month ago. Hope this kind of helps.

Yes we take applicants with section 8. It is actually a state requirement that all housing (even private owned) take section 8 as of 2019.
