It looked like you have to pay to park every month...is that true? Why don't you get an assigned spot with your apt? This would mean I would have to pay an additional $75-$115 a monrh between pet rent and parking is that correct?
Hello, We allow up to 2 pets per unit with breed restrictions. Parking is open we only charge a one time fee for parking permit and if you choose to get a carport. They are $40.00 a month. Hope this helps
