Living here was the worst 2 years of my life. Staff in office are the rudest people i have ever met. They’re always in your business so try to get a building in the back away from office if you have to unfortunately move here. Cant take anyone you know to the pool, or the staff might attack you for having guest. There’s a skinny maintenance man who likes to flirt and ask inappropriate questions to Female Residents he finds attractive even tho im sure he’s married watch out for him he’s creepy and scary. Don’t even get me started on the Car Towing Thief. !!DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE CHEAP RENT I PROMISE!!

Be careful with this condominium !!!!!!! They have a business with a towing company and between 12am and 2 am they take your car away even if you have sticker it is crazy. They charge you 200 in cash to get you car out of there and the yard is 5 minutes away from here look to others reviews I am not the first one

the towing truck took my car having cars without stickers, raining and very cold, I have been living in this condominium for 2 years with the same car, and tonight he wanted to take it, that is intolerable, it seems that it is something personal I do not understand and there is no excuse to take a car with stickers and that they see it every day there

Personally I don't like to write reviews; I feel a review could be a bias point of view. I have read some of the previous reviews and honestly some people are always posting negative reviews. If you have over 59 reviews and 30 plus are negative then I can't take your advice. But since I been living in the property since 2011 and I love it. Office staff is informative and attentive and friendly to residents. Property is cleaned and very well maintain. Facility staff is quick with repairs, neighbors are friendly; a little nosy but friendly. Like everywhere you go they have policies and procedures to abide by. I have recommend it to a friend and she is coming into two years of being my neighbor.
