I really wanted this apartment complex to be different 🤦🏽‍♀️. Unfortunately the community is awful. Apartment was supposed to be move in ready, on the surface everything is great but look a bit closer. There have been 2 separate leaks. Dishwasher didn’t work. Outlets didn’t work. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Everything is a patch job, paint and sold as new, refurbished and move in ready. Maintenance is ridiculously slow and there is no communication to the front office. So any problem needs to be explained 50times before they approve a patch job. Hopefully this improves. So far unimpressed.

Terrible terrible terrible. I am convinced these people do not know what they are doing. They like to charge people hundreds of dollars out of no where. I regret renewing my lease here. They are increasing rent by hundreds of dollars and they do not resolve issues easily. They like to dictate what you do. I cannot wait until this lease is over, so I can go elsewhere. DO NOT rent here. You will regret it.

I’ve been living here about a year now, the previous management was horrible they never got anything done were very rude all the time. I thought the new management would be better however, they are not! The new management acts like they’re better than you and will talk to you in any way! The only one in the office that actually has good customer service is Tim! Lilliana and Valentina have horrible customer service and do not need to be dealing with people. I DONT SUGGEST MOVING HERE TO ANYBODY. Nothing gets done but they expect their money on time, roaches everywhere with pest control it will go away but they always come back no matter what they do. When I moved in my floors had holes in it that to this day has not been fixed! My electricity would go out all the time in the apartment due to a shortage the stove would go in and out they always half fix everything. The property is a mess. They never answer your calls or emails, they take forever and a day to get back to you about anything! 0/10 do not recommend it’s not worth the money or headaches

Peanutbutter Forever

Raw sewage constantly overflowing from the sewage lines in front of the residential buildings. This untreated sewage (even toilet paper shown below) is flowing out into the parking lot into the Hillsborough River creating not only an environmental hazard, but is illegal and will be reported to the Department of Health as well as the Fl Dept of Business & professional regulation. They have not cleaned up the prior sewage leaks and blockage resulting in used dried toilet paper sitting infront of the residential buildings. This is not only unsafe for residents, but an extremely careless environmental danger. The smell is awful, and residents have to step through sewage to enter the buildings.
