Beautiful place to live, neighbors are all nice, and the staff are amazing. I’ve known Claudia for 2 years now and she’s been nothing short of amazing always super friendly and willing to help in any situation. The new manager, Jennine, was so helpful and friendly as well tackling all of my questions and concerns at once and has made this such a great place to live. Also have to give credit to the maintenance staff. Inevitably, there will always be problems and they are always there within a couple hours of having an issue to fix it and super friendly. Other places I have lived, it has taken days to fulfill requests.

I sincerely do not recommend. I have been here a little over a year (2020-2021) and within the last year, the water has been turned of for repairs about 5-6 times and at the most inconvenient of times- to include Christmas (with minimal to no warning)! The main gate entrance has been broken about 3-4 times and it takes months to repair. I have had about 6 work orders for my A/C unit. No one ever picks up the phone or replies to emails. I have legitimately sent an emails, made calls, left voicemails and no one calls back. I did not pay my rent that month to see if they would call me and guess what? They called me then! Not luxury apartments at all.

Been living at The Sedona for 5 months and have no complaints whatsoever. Location is great. Maintenance staff is very good and maintenance work orders are done on the same day most of the time. Management staff very attentive to my needs. Enrique is always available, friendly, respectful, and responds to issues very quick. I wouldn't live anywhere else. To the Management & Maintenance staff: THANK YOU!!!
