Lived there in the 90s ! Family member just moved in ! Would never recommend this place ! For the money they charge the kitchen an appliances are the same since the 90s ! Windows an glass doors are dirty an old ! Toilets don’t flush to good ! Floors were done by what was the cheapest price ! Open kitchen cabinets an the dirt left behind was discussing ! To much other stuff to list ! There are much nicer an updated apartments for the same money ! An to say luxury is just laughable !

I moved to Tampa 4 years ago from up north. When I first saw Belmere, I fell in love with the complex. It is clean, quiet and everyone who works on staff (office and maintenance) are friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff maintains the property very well and when you need service in your apartment they are quick to react. I truly like their ability to repair or answer questions effectively and efficiently. I like the convenient location of the complex to stores and other places that I visit.

Belmere Apartments community has been my home for the last few years! It was initially chosen for me by caring close relations whose residence is near here. They scouted for dwelling possibilities near their privately owned house in the area!! I was presented with a few dwelling choices in this Belmere Parkway community and I chose where I am residing now. First it is a corner dwelling looking very private with a fantastic expanse around it including a small water hole that looks like a small pond/lake! I must confess I am coming from a similarly scenic residential community at a nearby county. The dwelling was presented to me for approval. It is small but presented with possibilities for improvements. I . accepted. The Management Team are very professional and very accommodating. The Maintenance Staff are courteous and skillful. I felt safe as I was presented initially with a next door Sheriff neighbor! Sadly the Sheriff has moved out recently. Improvements were done to my residence as requested.and when I had issues with pet owners the management staff did some steps to resolve the problem. The grounds are kept manicured regularly and looks clean. There are some safety issues that the community management could find solutions to. I hope these too will improve in the near future. My dwelling is small but adequate for my need. My place is cozy and quite satisfactory that I elected to stay one more year..,and maybe will extend it depending on my needs.

I have loved the 2 years I lived at Belmere. First off, the office staff and maintenance crew here are wonderful. Barbara was quick to reply to everything and was always a pleasure to interact with. The maintenance team are timely, caught and fixed issues before I even had to ask, and are super friendly as well. I've never had a better experience with maintenance. The location is great, the units have A TON of storage space, and I loved the view my unit had...I’ll genuinely miss my time on my patio. The grounds are well kept. Pool area is nice and has lots of chairs to go around. But most importantly, I always, always felt safe here. Addressing some of the other reviews: Parking was never an issue for me; if I couldn’t park right outside of my unit it meant walking maybe 30 extra seconds so that's no big deal in my opinion. I never saw a mouse or rat. Were there roaches? Sure, it’s Florida and they just get in sometimes, but it wasn’t like my apartment was infested with them. The walls aren’t too thin and I only ever had an issue with a teen that liked to karaoke at 3am but no walls were thick enough to fight that girls lungs. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the fact that my unit was a bit outdated so I wasn't always happy with that because I just never quite felt like I could get everything clean and I had a real struggle to accept the shell sinks and boxed lights in the kitchen and bathrooms, but I believe they're in the process of updating the rest of the units and ultimately, everything still functioned. Overall, Belmere is fairly priced in a great area, gave me little to no headaches, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe home at a good price in Carrollwood.
