I lived here for 9 months in a 1br1ba. Really had an awesome experience. Place was clean, quiet and the residents are all super friendly. Made a lot of connections here. The leasing staff especially Samantha are so wonderful. Very responsive and always cared about me and my dog. 10/10 would recommend. Oh the maintenance guys.... they rock, one guy always gave my dog treats.

Pros: I lived here for 4 years and recently moved out. Samantha and Jason in the leasing office were always great and helpful. Dave and Randy, 2 maintenance men, were amazing!! They are so friendly and great with dogs. It was always a joy to run into them. Cons: - There is a strong presence of weed at this complex. - When you move out, I would suggest an in person walk through to avoid any miscommunications. - Fire alarm does go off a lot. More than any other complex I’ve lived in. - Rent here has doubled and it's not in the safest neighborhood. Overall, this is not a bad place to live and I appreciate everything Samantha, Jason, Dave and Randy did to make this place feel like home over the last 4 years.

The Millenium is a great place live, and everything is close by, with some of the best restaurants. The leasing agents are always here to help, to make sure we have a great experience while living here.

All utilities are billed seperately. We do allow cats and dogs, however we do have number, weight and breed restrictions.
