I forgot to post these. Our air conditioner got messed up like 3 times and you can literally see all the mold built up in there and they just slid the new one right in didn't even bother to do anything about it then they think they're gonna keep my deposit I will get a lawyer if I have to we barely even stayed there the last few months because of the flea problem.

Worst place to apply they ask me for my bank statements to make sure I work where I said I work. Then said it was only withdrawn on my bank statement when it clearly shows my deposits. My friend apply and didn't get ask for that.

Very nice apartment complex, located in a convenient location close to lots of stores and bus stops. They have studios one and 2 bedroom apartments. The manager Heidy was polite and was able to answer all of my questions. My sister in law enjoys living here maintenance is very prompt. Daniel and Vladimir have taken care of all her work orders.

This is no place to live. Termite filled, breaking cabinets and high crime. I lost several pieces of furniture to termites and the office never had pest control come to treat it. The police are here often for shootings and stabbings. Dog leash laws are not enforced and I was chased from the dumpster on my way back home by a large dog. You dont feel safe. Land lord is more of a slum lord. Im a senior citizen and was paying more than half of my limited income on an apartment that he would not put working air conditioning and heating in. The automatic withdraw rent payment is a way to make sure they get your money, but turn around and charge you a late fee when their system doesnt work and pulls your rent twice. The staff are incompetent and insentive. Dont move here!
