Don’t ever rent here!!! I’m giving a 1 star cause I can’t give less. I been leaving here since November 2021 is the worst place to live. Fights all the time , never find parking there’s a wire guy always by the pool he does live here he take pictures at the kids. Nobody knows anything about him. I saw him my self. They were going to put me in court even when I pay on time. Cause I didn’t know I had to pay separately for water and trash Now my air conditioner is not working it’s been a week all they have done is put a portable but I have not been able to use the rest of my apartment. Now some of my food is going bad. Bread tortillas potato’s and on top of that there’s a ant’s problem the guy came and he must of spread sugar now I have more Is all freaking problems they don’t fix anything I pay $1,107 for a one bedroom not worth it at all. Look else where

I recently walked in office to inquire about a 1 bedroom apartment for a family member and the young lady told me $1400 starting point (studio size). Upon returning to the car, I checked online listings and that was $500+ over advertised. Terrible first impression and disheartening deceptive practice of office staff. THIS needs to be immediately addressed.

Two months ago I had an emergency move. Martha the office manager swiftly assisted me in signing a lease and has been so kind. The maintenance, specifically Eduardo, was so helpful the day I moved in. Every one of my maintenance requests has been met promptly. The office staff is a joy.

For your own safety and well being, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I have lived in this complex for 6 months and have dealt with: dozens of live bees in my unit for 3 DAYS, excessive flooding due to roof and foundation cracks, and most recently a pipe that burst in the wall. The pipe has been flooding our unit for 3 weeks, the electric in the dining room and kitchen are now not working, and we now smell mold in the house due to the amount of water everywhere. The wall in the restroom has gotten so wet that the mirror fell off the wall. The reviews below are true, the trash situation here is a disaster, maintenance is completely abysmal, property management does not care about you or your well being, and neither do the owners. Save yourself the money and heartache, DO NOT MOVE HERE! --- 9/20/18 In response to the "Owner Response" below. I have attempted to call your office, 12 times just yesterday (Wednesday, 9/19/18). Not only did no one answer the phone, no one returned any of my voicemails. Any other ideas?
