Just keep in mind your rent will go up drastically when you need to renew your lease; now you have to pay for guest parking. It may not seem to be a big deal right now, but trust me, when you have friends come over it is so embarrassing. Who wants to come visit and hang out when they have to pay. The owner has indicated there is free parking on Bridge street (ALWAYS full in the evening when my guests will come over - like most people I work during the day) and the guest parking pass is only good for 7 days total, after which time you have to wait again until the next month.

Don’t walk. Run away. Go anywhere but here. We have cleaning people and pet walkers that come everyday and now they have to pay to park in guest parking! Our friends that come over now have to pay to park. We need their registration as well. It’s a nightmare. So everyday our pet walkers have to go through this? I now have to find somebody else because they do not want to have to go through this every day. Our rent went up 400 dollars this year. This place is a money trap. Appliances always broke, silverfish in the bathrooms and exterminator can’t get rid of them. Gate always broke but yet now they want to charge our guests as well. I could go on and on.

Infested with silver fish bugs. Management is now charging guests 3$ an hour to utilize guest parking spots. Garage gate is broken once a month. Rent has gone up 300$ after 1 year. Walls are thin. Cabinets and drawers are cheap and are small enough to fit one spoon. The floating dock has been removed. Half the grills have been broken for a year. Fire alarm goes off every other month for 30-60 mins at any given time of the night. Will be looking for a different place after my lease is up.

We have lived here for a little over 5 months after moving from another place in downtown Tampa. I cannot say enough about the onsite management team, their friendliness, willing to help and care they take with follow-up on things that matter. They are great. IAs with all apartment-living you have various levels of challenges with other residents. We had our expectations dramatically reset at the previous place we lived, near University of Tampa. Even here, there are some people that just do not care or know how to take care of common areas. That is outweighed by the vast majority of neighbors that are kind and considerate. Our view is great, our apartment is good, and the amenities are more than we could ask for. We are excited to be part of the expanding Westshore Marina district community while we watch the construction progress.
