Love the architecture inside the unit we rent. Very unique. The unit is very spacious. Built in 1997 so it does need updates for flooring and cabinets. Prices are increasing a lot. Once tenants move out the updates are used to remodel but then rent increases big time.

If I was moving out of State this would be my first choice of apartments. The Office management is awesome!! The apartments are spacious & the grounds are well maintained! I looked at many apartments in Tampa Palms at Henley beats any apartment in this area hands down!

We’ve been here since October of 2017, we absolutely love living here! We have been renting for the last 7 years and this is by far the best experience we’ve had. The office staff are so sweet and understanding. Anytime something breaks or needs to be fixed the maintenance staff are here same day and 99% of the time are able to fix the issue that day as well. They are so friendly and give great advice on avoiding the problem down the road. We moved from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom last year and we are not disappointed. The apartment is huge, actually bigger than most houses we’ve toured and having our own attached two car garage is so convenient. Most maintenance requests or concerns can be done online as well as making rent payments! If your on the fence about moving into This complex just do it already! You won’t regret it.

First of all great conversion from condo's to apartments. Very spacious with very nice upgrades, flooring and 2 car garage. Moved in at the end of June 2018 and almost immediately had an issue with the air conditioner. Did my due diligence and informed the office of the issues. It took a few months to get to the bottom of the issue but they worked with me hand in hand. The management/office/maintenance team did the right thing and replaced our a/c unit with a brand new one and also gave us a concession on our rent. They were fair, courteous, and very professional. We love living here as it is a quiet clean community with beautiful lush surroundings in addition to being a gated community. Location is great and everything you need is a short drive away. In my opinion the office staff is polite kind and always willing to help which makes living here even better. I recommend Henley at Tampa Palms as a wonderful place to live and in a great area of town. Michelle Roy
