Bunch of scammers paid everything and was told multiple time everything was taken care of. This place never took care of our squirrel problem as well screwed up our pricing on multiple occasions. This places trying to charge for cleaning services after I paid for advance move out which covers for cleaning services. In addition has my lease had wrong information they had my final statement as a month to month which is completely false. They are trying to charge me for trash being dirty when originally moving in it was covered in maggots and took a few weeks to even clean it would highly recommend not moving here customer service is awful. Not to mention our apartment had bugs when moving in

Horrific experience. This was my first apartment experience and boy, what a nightmare. Moving in was a absolute NIGHTMARE. They were applying paint over mold and holes in the wall WHILE I WAS MOVING IN. I didn't even have a door handle until the day after I set up shop! I don't think there was a single day that the front gate was working properly. I lived near the second gate which was almost never operational, and when it was, the gate would screech! The laundry rooms were filled with broken washing machines and dryers; it was more common than not to find half of the washing machines out of order. Even worse was the fact that the dryers were complete garbage, they rarely dryed my clothing completely. The residents are pretty horrendous too. The swimming pools were always filled with a family fiesta, blasting music as loud as possible even though there are signs warning them against it. Security is a complete mess. Sometimes the front gate is unmanned allowing anyone to go in. The valet trash bin was never given to me, even though I asked 3 times. Eventually I just said screw it and started going to the trash compactor which, by the way, is COATED with garbage! People leave their furniture and when the compactor gets filled up, people throw their bags on the side. Of course it takes forever for the workers to clean it up. It made me even more embarrassed to call that place home. Only one positive: the pond was very pretty and I enjoyed the walk around it. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT CONSTANT PROBLEMS AND ANNOYANCES!

Booked an appointment for a tour over a week in advance. Got many reminder emails of my appointment, great. Came in for my appointment and no one was in the office, when someone finally helped me I was told they have no vacancies to tour. Why wasn't I called then? They offered to show me a virtual tour, but I saw it online already why would I want to come in for that? I asked about prices if each unit and they are much higher than online. I was told online prices don't reflect actual prices of the units and it varies by month. What sense does any if this make?? Wasted time I took off work for this! Very unprofessional.

Do you like timely responses? Do you enjoy courtesy calls? Do you like walking by a lake without being eaten by mosquitoes? Do you want a place for your pet to run around? Then look somewhere else. The fountain of the lake that helps control the bugs was never fixed after it suddenly stopped (either by previous or current owner). The dog park had a tree branch fall on it so it had a broken fence the last 4 months we were there. We moved out August and the team lead and team member told us we would be notified "within a couple days" to pay any fees. Well, cue 2 months later we receive an email with no courtesy call, or callbacks when we tried calling, to pay the fees. The file even stated they reviewed our apt the day after we moved out, and yet, they waited two months to notify us. We moved here 3 years ago and it was amazing. We had complementary carpet cleaning and renewal gifts every year. The pool was always clean. The hot tub was blue instead of green. We use to be proud to live here. Anyway, I'm hoping the collections company Hunter Warfield is a better correspondent than this place 😄

They don't. Ever. They are NOT short staffed. I am currently a resident. Every time I go into the leasing office there are people sitting around doing nothing while the phone rings off the hook. And I have never seen the office swamped with residents before either. I've heard countless residents complaining in the office that they lost paperwork or other important documents. I also saw on one of the phones that they have over 100 voicemails. 0/10 don't live here.
I am having the same issue to the point where my account is showing up as "under eviction." All because they won't process money orders I gave on time. It is THAT bad.
Absolutely. Do not take anyone's word for anything to get done. You have to practically breathe down their neck or they will not do their jobs, and it will somehow still reflect badly on you.

a lot and it goes up every month put it this way my rent is 1.589 im now at 1.704 prices are outrages
No elevators whatsoever,I highly recommend you to call the management office, everyone is very nice and they will answer all your further questions, hope this is helpful😊

1200 for 2 bedroom, includes everything but electric. Prices vary as per availability and negotiating ability and features. Nice place.
Officially closed by 10pm..but noone wil question u if u r there...as long as u r not making noise..bt its really dark to be there late hours
It is well cared for and in a good position a bit expensive but if it falls into your budget I do recommend it, they ask you for a typical deposit depending on your credit and an input of money per month then social, id and I do not remember if legal status, I hope I have helped
