Absolutely. Do not take anyone's word for anything to get done. You have to practically breathe down their neck or they will not do their jobs, and it will somehow still reflect badly on you.
It has been 3 months... And no one has made an attempt to make things right with my unnecessary expenses! If I was able to show you pictures of the mold , ventilation systems with black filth coming out you would not believe it! Oh not to mention, The place was not even painted broken electric sockets... I have pictures and I can go on. I did not want to tell everybody how horrible it was, but it caused a very hard and bitter 2 weeks I'm searching for a new place after traveling over 3500 mi... Proceeded your own risk!!!
